• Professional Information: Education, skills, experience, job role, languages, and location to personalize AI responses and job recommendations.
• Files & Documents (Optional but Feature-Dependent): Resumes or documents uploaded by you are processed to provide AI-powered analysis, resume validation, and career guidance.
• User-Generated Content: Chat messages, notes, saved questions, reminders, and checklists created within the App.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Audio Data: Audio is collected only when you actively press the microphone button. The audio is processed temporarily using OpenAI Whisper (speech-to-text) to convert speech into text. Audio is not retained after transcription.
• Diagnostics & Analytics: Crash logs, app performance data, and feature usage statistics collected via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate and maintain core app functionality
• Provide AI-powered career guidance and chat responses
• Validate and analyze resumes
• Deliver reminders, alerts, and notifications
• Improve app stability, performance, and user experience

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with trusted service providers necessary for app functionality:

1. Account data is removed from active systems within 30 days
